Our sourdough products are slow-fermented, small batch, and homemade all in one kitchen!
The process begins with our starter, organic flour, and clean mountain water. We then go through a series of building the gluten, letting the bread rest and rise, and finally, baking to perfection. Did you know it takes two days for one sourdough loaf to come to fruition? It sounds crazy, but it's our favorite way to show our community love! We'd love you to try our many sourdough products in stock, including sourdough buns, biscuits, loaves, crackers, and more! Although our baked products aren't avilable online, you are more than welcome to come visit us and taste the love at our local farmstand in Castle Rock, CO!
